Asbestos Removal – Reassurance of good risk management
Clients have the legal responsibility to ensure they appoint competent contractors.
Is the contractor a member of “an established professional institution or body” and “do these bodies have arrangements in place which provide some reassurance that health and safety is part of the route to membership of their profession”? [Guidance on CDM 2015 HSE ref 153]
This seminar will discuss legal requirements and how ARCA provides a system of reassurance.
